We're meeting at the Old Gym at 4:00pm.
Rough schedule:
Friday: Settle in, 19:30 training session
Sat: Early track running, breakfast, 3 hour training, lunch, 3 hour training, dinner
Sunday: same as saturday really
We'll get back around 11:00pm on the Sunday.
