Hi all,

Hope everyone is enjoying training again this term, just a couple of things for everyone to think about:

The Pub Grading Social
Firstly, the traditional Pub Grading social is back again and is on Tuesday 20th (TOMORROW!). For anyone that has done it before, it is a similar format, and will be a good night out and the perfect chance to get to know everyone else in the club without them kicking you in the chest.
Drink yourself to a Black Belt :)

Meet at Bristol Pear for 8/8.30pm

Yellow Belt @ Bristol Pear
- Vodka and Red Bull
- Red bull

Green Belt @ Urban Village
- Apple Sourz
- Apple Juice

Blue Belt @ The Soak
- Blue WKD
- Powerade

Red Belt @ The Goose at the O.V.T
- Vodka and Cranberry Juice:
- Cranberry Juice

Black Belt @ The Gun Barrels
- Black sambuca/ Guiness
- Coke

Leave for Walkabout for 11/11:30pm (possibly earn some Dan grades here with their finest Jaegar too??)
Where we have an area reserved just for us!

Also we will have doboks (the white suits) for sale this weekend, and for anybody that needs a licence (or a licence renewing) it is a good time to get that done. The dobok and licence is £40 and obviously both are needed to train/grade/compete so better to get it out the way now.
So remember, this Saturday/Sunday we will try to get everyone sorted if possible, so try to come along.

Finally just a date to keep in mind is Saturday November 14th as the Cambridge University Tournament. The first tournament of the year and a great chance for us all to show off Birmingham's talent. It is also the perfect opportunity for first-time fighters to give competition a go with other lower grades.
We will hve more information on this shortly for you all.
