ITF Monday!!

This Monday (11 June) will be ITF Monday!

As many students at our club have often wondered what ITF Tae Kwon-Do is, and as it will probably be my last lesson at the club (yes, a sad occasion I know!), I have (with the kind permission and assistance of instructors Dave and Ryan) decided to teach a 1-off ITF session.

It will take the place of the senior grade Monday lesson, lasting 2 hours @ the Dojo @ 6.30-8.30pm and will be open to Green belts and above at no extra cost to UoB student members. If you are not a green belt grade or above, come by to watch anyway!

If you will be attending and have purchased body protection (including mouth guards, groin guards, shin/arm guards etc) please remember to bring the equipment to the lesson on Monday. If you happen to have ITF protection (especially hand and feet protection), please bring that with you.

Also, please try to get to the class on time as I will be explaining ITF Tae Kwon-Do at various stages in the lesson including at the beginning before we start!

If you have any questions prior to Monday, please feel free to contact the club at the usual email address: birmingham-uni-tkd@hotmail.co.uk

I hope you will take up this opportunity to witness and partake in the other form of Tae Kwon-Do.

Yours in Tae Kwon-Do,

Michael Braha

Ah man, I somehow thought the ball today would start late, and I would be able to make it. Sorry!
