Hi, As You know I asked everyone who attended this weekends sessions to put thier names down for who wants to compete at our Birmingham tournament on the 16th of Feb. The List so far is as follows: Tsz wai Woo- Yellow Tag

Katherine "Idiot" Paes- Green Tag

To put it simply if you are not on this list then as of now you are not competing, if your not on the list and would like to compete EMAIL BACK ASAP and let us know, either email the club or me personally my address is mustafabelim@gmail.com or leave my wall a message on facebook.

Also EVERYONE needs to email me back with their respective WEIGHTS ASAP. If you don't know it, go and weight yourself, if you dont have scales the club has some and DONT leave this weekends sessions without being weighed- just come and see me at the end of the session.

ALSO to compete EVERYONE needs to have relevant kit- Chest protectors and helmets are provided by the club but EVERYONE needs to purchase thier own: SHIN GUARDS, FOREARM GUARDS, GROIN GUARD & MOUTHGUARD If you don't have this equipment the club has EVERYTHING IN STOCK so go and get some the person to see for this is RUP, its best to get onto this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so you can start practising with kit and getting a feel for it and avoid any injuries in the run up to the competition.

FINALLY- ANYONE WHO HAS NOT PAID THEIR TRAINING FEES WILL NOT BE COMPETING- so if you have not paid them yet get your arses down to the Munrow centre and pay them.
