Various Stuff: Nationals, Fight Camp, Hungary and Bham Open

Hi, Everyone.

Firstly would just like to say the date for the 'BSTF' NATIONAL TOURNAMENT is now in and is going to take place in Nottingham on the 1/03/2008. We'll start taking names and stuff down for this tournment soon. Just keep Checking the site etc

Secondly the Annual BSTF FIGHT CAMP, which is a weekend of intense training held in Aylesbury, Oxford at the Olympic Village, this will take place on the 18th-20th of April (Friday- Saturday- Sunday). We usually travel on the Friday Afternoon have a session on the friday and then 3 sessions on the sat and 1 on the sunday, the cost is normally around £50 each which includes accomodation and breakfast. This is always well worth going to and you'll get to meet tonnes of people and you'll feel the improvements to your tkd over the weekend.. literally and we usually have a good sized team go, so let me know if you want to come.

Finally and Heres the Big One for this summer HUNGARY 2008,

The Camp last year was amazing I've included Tom's account of the camp as an attachment if you want to read it. but if you ask anyone im sure htey'll say it was awesome.

The camp this year is going to be in a different place called "Tiszafured" which is east of Budapest, unlike last years camp it is not on the lake Balaton but on a different lake called Lake Tisza(2nd largest Lake in Hungary)

There will be three sessions- Fitness (7-8), TKD (11-1), Sparring (6-7:30) and meals will be served after each session.

In between session usually includes little games like boat races, volley ball etc and general Dicking around

Training Will be conducted by a mixture of Hungarian and English Masters. (Including our own instructors if they go...)

PRICE- £125 for the Camp tickets will be around 110 quid mine last year was literally pennies over a £100. besides this you'll need spending money and travel insurance, its seriously not an expensive trip.

DATES: 09/August/2008 till 15/August/2008 (saturday till friday)

also of not we'll probably go a couple of days before the camp starts and chill in Budapest and then stay at least the weekend of the camp to stay for the:
Sziget Music Festival
. It is held on a large island in the middle of the Danube river in the city center. This is the biggest party of the year in Budapest with top international stars attending – tickets cost €30 for a day ticket (24 hours) – you get to meet people from all over the world and is well recommended

This year theres going to be around 150 people going probably around 50-60 Hungarians and then a fair whack of english people and perhaps some people from other bits of Europe. This sounds like a lot but it seriously is not... SO PLEASE let me know ASAP if your even thinking of going because we'll have to reserve x amount of places, (PS Im (Mush) going so thats reason enough to go :D )

Now im trying to big this up or anything but put simply its going to be F****** MINT, so let me know if you want to come.

The facebook group for this will be set up soon...

One Last Thing, Heres The Current List of competitors for the Birmingham Clecom Open, If Ur Name isnt Down let me know, also let me know your weights. if you don't have kit let Rup know he's sorting this out and remember if you have not paid your club fees at the munrow, you will be unable to compete, grade etc etc
