FIGHT CAMP

Hi everyone,

It's that time again, Fight Camp time!

Its basically a seriously hardcore weekend of training with all the BSTF clubs in Aylesbury, Oxford.

The Crack is we normally travel down on friday afternoon, have a session in the evening, then have three sessions on saturday then two/three sessions on sunday, depending on the state of people limbs :)

It's a fantastic opportunity to improve your taekwondo, sessions are taken by variety of people including korean masters of varying degrees....

Anyone who is interested in going should let Dave Grey know so we have an idea of numbers.

The cost is not yet finalized but is normally around £50, and more then worth it. the price includes two nights accommodation and breakfast.

The dates are the 18/19/20th April.

No need to start worrying about transport etc just yet, if you want to come let us know and we'll sort something out :)
