Directions

Training is on Saturdays, Sundays & Wednesdays in the Old Gym

To find the old gym please look at the first map below (number 6, with an orange square around it).

Starting from the Clock Tower in the Chancellor’s Court head eastwards towards Ring Road South. When you reach Ring Road South turn left along the road. The Old Gymnasium is the small two-storey building in front of the Chemistry (Haworth) building. The training hall is located on the bottom floor of the Old Gymnasium and the changing rooms can be reached through the two separate entrances (one for men and one for women) to the Old Gymnasium.

Saturday Session for junior and senior grades. Working on all aspects of Taekwondo
Sunday Session for junior and senior grades. Working on all aspects of Taekwondo
Wednesday Advanced/Specialist session for all grades. Working on particular aspects of sparring, self-defence or mixed martial arts.
Friday This is an optional (free) training session that focuses on running and circuit training. It is designed to improve fitness, physique and stamina.
